Bernadette was lavished with gifts this weekend! She and I are very fortunate to have such thoughtful friends. Now I can stockpile plastic bottles for her Christmas stocking.

Big Hat Birthday Brunch for Olivia

Monsoon rains kept us in the house, but we made the best of it. Grady and I went for smaller, but fashionable hats. DAM was more into the mud puddles, Olivia changed hats more times than Katy Perry, and Bernadette was plain tuckered out last night. Great Saturday!

Happy to be Home

Bernadette enjoyed her reunion with her mom and litter mates, but she seems happy to be back here. The cats are not.

Quick Trip to Brussels

Due to a personal trip on one end and a birthday party on the other, I had to make a quick trip to Belgium this year, even though it would have been tempting to stay a while. Maybe next year. Tried to hit all the important items, waffles, chocolate, beer, Grand Place, and mussels. Until next time...
