Encroachment

Two does and two spotted fawns in my backyard this evening. Hope they don't mess with my illegal burn pile (bottom right).

Parallel Practicing

Living in downtown areas for several years made me more comfortable with parallel parking, but DC presented a new challenge yesterday. With the help of a long term resident, I was able to squeeze my rental car in this spot. I learned that one must leave 3 inches in front and behind or a ticket can be written. Maybe   I'll just take the metro.
