I have a house under contract! This picture is a view from the backyard, the site of what will someday be the outdoor kitchen. It has been a week of ups and downs, but what a way to end it! I got the news while hanging out on the Front Porch with friends. How could it have been better? Admittedly, it was hard to sleep last night with all the excitement, but a 6 am flight waits for no one.
