Gumbo of the week!

Nathan Beane shot the deer and gave me a venison roast and I had some veggies and so emerges Venison and chicken sausage gumbo. My soux chef would also like to be the taster, but instead she warms my feet as I chop. Is it Mardi Gras season yet?
