Mussel Challenge

Recently I was challenged to prepare my best mussels from a friend at church. It was on! Thai was the style we settled on: fresh herbs, coconut, lime and chiles!! Both were good, but I must admit my competitor edged me out this time.
Then this bottle of Chinese hooch came out and things got fuzzy.
Next thing we know, Barrett and Heidi were arm wrestling.
