Barrett and I visited a great spot this weekend: Birch & Barley. We sampled a few beers and enjoyed our meal. But that bacon. Wow. So we ordered more and relished the sweet, smoky goodness! Then we learned it was only $3. Cured and and smoked in house, it was one of the best things we have had in DC.
