Alaskan Souvenirs


Sure, I could have gotten the moose droppings or the stuffed puffin, but who wouldn't rather have fresh red salmon and halibut? Prepared and served by the inexperienced hand of a road-weary sushi enthusiast.

I have ALWAYS wanted to try making sushi at home... and that looks SO GOOD! Maybe we should have a sushi party sometime...
