After a rowdy version of the Grand Ole Opry at the Ryman Auditorium, Jenny, Greg and I headed over to Germantown for a great dinner.
I tried to order a Petey at MB's recommendation, but it was no longer on the cocktail menu and they didn't have the ingredients to make me ken. So I had a G&T.
Started with a kale salad, which was yummy and surprising since the kale was uncooked.
Next up was a bread gnocchi dish which was simple, delicious but kinda heavy. Jenny had the Springer Mtn chicken and Greg had the tri tip. Yum.
All that kale earned me dessert in the form of almond cake with lemon sorbet.
